# Auto-Schedule

An in-depth guide on how to use **Auto-Schedule** feature:

To start make sure you are in your workspace: [https://www.smartshort.co/workspace](https://www.smartshort.co/workspace)

1. After you are in your workspace click on the **Calendar** option:

2. After clicking the **Calendar** option you will be presented with a new window:

* As you see now we are in **November**, you can change months by clicking the arrows on the left and right as shown in the image.
* You can only **schedule videos** for the **present** and the **future** (those days are marked with a darker square, while the unavailable are marked with a lighter one as shown in the image.
* **Bell icon** in the top right shows **notifications**.
* A **profile icon** in the top right of calendar lets you **login** with **Youtube** and **TikTok**.

3. Choose a day you would like to auto-schedule the post, once you do you will be presented with a new window:

* Here simply select the video you would like to auto-schedule (in my case ill pick Asset 17)

4. After selecting the video for auto-post a new window will open:

Here you can see and modify a few things:
* Video name,
* Description),
* Who can view this video option,
* Allow users to comment option,
* Schedule or Post now.

5. After selecting either **schedule post** or **post now** the video will be scheduled or posted.
